This is my submission for 
's RWBY Nuzlocke crossover challenge which you can find here.
He is a panda like faunus.
A series of pipes and hoses run through the inside of his sword, all connected to a gas canister at the end allowing it to exude flame. In a pinch, it can also split in to segments and become a flaming, sword-whip.
His eyes glow because he has fused with dust to increase his raw power, but at what long term cost he does not know.
